Giving to an Event through your Donor Advised Fund
A donor advised fund (DAF), which is like a charitable savings account, gives you the flexibility to recommend how much and how often money is granted to Boston Children's Hospital and other qualified charities. You can recommend a grant or recurring grants now to make an immediate impact or use your fund as a tool for future charitable gifts.
- Search for your fund provider using the search tool above.
- Login to your online account/portal to access your fund.
- Search for Boston Children's Hospital as the beneficiary (Tax ID: 04-277-4441).
- If multiple beneficiaries for Boston Children's Hospital, select the one listed as Boston Children's Hospital or Boston Children's Hospital Trust.
- Make sure the address associated is: 401 Park Drive, #602, Boston, MA 02215
- For your note, include the event participant’s name, the event name and year. For example: Joe Smith, Boston Marathon 2024
- Donations will be added to the participant’s fundraising page when received by Gift Services at the Boston Children's Hospital Trust.
